  • Utilities (water and power) must be on.

  • Book a few days ahead. Move-out dates fill up at the end of each month.

  • A move-out clean of a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath home takes about 4–7 hours.

  • We bring all supplies and equipment.

  • You don’t need to be there. Share entry instructions (door code, lockbox or key) when you book.

Move-out cleaning questions

When should I schedule my move-out clean?

After everything is moved out and before your final walk-through. Book a few days ahead, especially near the end of the month.

Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?

We can’t promise that, because your landlord decides. We clean to our full Move In / Move Out checklist so the home is ready for the walk-through.

Do you do move-in cleans too?
